These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Our services.

These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by The Seaways Placement & Services ("we" or "us"), a Merchant Navy awareness, training, documents, and job assistance company. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

1. Services

The Seaways Placement & Services provides assistance in training, documentation, & job assistance, for the students who wants to become seafarers in the Merchant Navy. Our services are designed to enable aspiring seafarers to obtain relevant documents, training, and job placements in Merchant Navy.

2. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing quality services to all our clients. We endeavor to:

a. Ensure that all our clients receive the good level of customer services.

b. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our services and courses.

c. Ensure that all our clients receive value for money.

3. Client Obligations

In order for us to provide our services, you are required to:

a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

b. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

c. Pay any agreed fees promptly.

d. Attend training courses, and take all necessary steps to obtain relevant documents.

4. Fees includes

Our fees for services are clearly stated. Fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, &

Fee charges is for following services including the seaways placement & services assistance on below points.

1. 1 time passport application.

2. 1 time DGS Approved Medical Test.

3. 2 way traveling charges while medical test.

4. 6 months pre sea course/training in DG Approved institute.

5. 6 months food in institute

6. 6 months accommodation in institute/hostel

7. Basic study materials

8. Merchant Navy uniform during training/Course

9. DG approved certificates,documents & licence of pre-sea course/ training

10. 2 way traveling charges while pre-sea course & training.

5. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to any third parties, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including all materials and courses details, are owned by The Seaways Placement & Services. No part of our services may

be reproduced, copied, or used without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer

We provide relevant pre sea training & documents & placement assistance in indian & international shipping companies successfully obtaining. In addition, the job market is constantly changing, That's why it's important for students to take an active role in their job search and to network with professionals in their field, Ultimately, job placement is a collaborative effort between students, institutions, and shipping companies. By working together, they can increase the chances that students will find jobs that are a good fit for their skills and interests.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid by you for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits or revenue.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Modification & Termination: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. We may terminate our services to you at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms and conditions.

11. NOTE: -The Service /Course fee charge may vary from time to time without prior notice.

12. NOTE:-The candidate is not given the option to choose the institute or location of the training center due to the pandemic ( COVID 19 ) & Also its based on first come first serve, Depending on seat availability in DG-approved Institutes.

13. NOTE: -Refund policy - Candidate /parents, Once the admission/Course fee paid, Will not be refundable. In case, if the candidate furnished false medical statement/report during admission & he/she got rejected during DG medical test, Course fee will be refunded within 40 working days after deducting Passport application fee, DG Medical test fee & The Seaways Placement & Services Operational service charge at 18% on Total fee including 18% GST.

14. Joining, Repatriation, Period of Contract and Termination:- If the full payment is not done before the start of the Marine Training (General Purpose Rating), the candidate will lose the chance to join the training batch allotted to him and he will be given a seat in the next available batch. ● If there is a delay in responding from the candidate regarding the joining date the candidate will lose the chance to join the training batch allotted to him and he will be given a seat in the next available batch.
